Model Contract
The contract adjusts the relationship between the ESCO and the owner of the public building in which the energy installations will be build in. The form of the contract depends on the specific project and the national legislation. As an example, you will find a standardised sample of a contract by the ESCO Solar & Spar (Solar & Save) from Germany that could be used as a basis for future contracting partners.
